Subject: Automatic messages from external systems

Description: This list exists to receive email on behalf of e.g. machine accounts in various systems. The reason is to not tie these sorts of machine users to anyone's personal account. The original purpose is to have an email address for a GitHub machine user, but other uses may also come up later on.
